Good breakfast and very comfortable bed. Staff was nice, but we were given a room with a poor lock that wouldn’t open with our key. It took about 15 minutes of trying including multiple keys from the front desk before we were finally assigned a new room.

I originally booked this hotel for the hot tub and because it was close to the airport. Of course they have the hot tub listed as an amenity and it was empty with no water and not working. I asked staff and it has not been working for some time. I paid money that I should not have if there are facility’s that are not in working order. Our keys did not work several times because of old door locks and we had to request new ones. The pull out mattress was destroyed and springs were poking out everywhere. My son could not sleep on it in any capacity. Was not the best experience overall.

The parking is not great. You have to pay and there is not a lot of spaces near the awkward entrance. Couldn’t figure out how to get to the main floor in the morning with the elevator out of service.
