This home is pet-friendly! Our dog-friendly retreat is perfect for your furry companions with the fully fenced yard. Sit outside on the patio with the fire pit in the evenings or early mornings as you play fetch with your four-legged friends. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis. There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

***This house is in a quiet neighborhood. Parties and late-night noise will not be tolerated. Please adhere to the quiet hours listed in VRBO. If police are called for a noise complaint, guests will be evicted immediately, and no refund will be provided.
