Remodeled 3 bed/2.5 bath townhome w/garage/pool!

Newly remodeled and quiet 1521 sqft. townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, it's a great launching point for either Denver and Boulder with all the conveniences. It's very close (about 1 mile) to the Nine Mile Park'n'Ride train and bus station for easy access to bus and trains to the Denver Tech Center (DTC), Anschutz Medical Campus, UC Health, etc.

This place has easy access to Parker Road, I-225, golf courses, the Denver Tech Center (DTC), public transit. There is plenty of parking outside of the detached 2-car garage.

Local movie server with nearly 5000 movies available for free to watch, along with thousands of classic TV shows. Roku-connected TVs allow you to connect your own Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, or any other streaming service you wish to bring with you.

The master bedroom has nicely done 3/4 bathroom with a large shower, and two sinks. One bathroom with a shower and tub combo for the remaining two bedrooms upstairs. A guest power room is available on the bottom floor with the spacious living room.

Enjoy the seasonally available (Covid not withstanding) outdoor pool from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Guests will have full access to the entire house, garage, and patio in between. One closet or cabinet may be restricted from use for storage of certain supplies or sheets.
