Fully remodeled contemporary brick ranch conveniently located close to everything Colorado has to offer! Great for large groups. A short drive to Downtown Littleton and 20 minutes to Downtown Denver. Close to Littleton, Swedish, and Craig Hospitals. Close highway access to I-25, C470, and I-70. The Denver Tech Center is 10 minutes away and it's just a one hour drive to the closest ski slopes or Colorado Springs! The University of Denver is 6.8 miles away. Close to shopping and entertainment!

The main floor has 3 bedrooms; one queen bed, one full bed, and one twin bed. Pack and Play crib with changing table available as well as a high chair that fits on a chair. Main floor bathroom with dual sinks and a bathtub/shower combo. Dream kitchen with gas stove and everything needed to cook meals when you want to stay in. Cute breakfast nook and separate dining area with expandable table. Cozy living room with a television and electric fireplace. The basement has an additional bedroom with a queen bed and desk. Awesome place!

Great place for a weekend getaway.

Daughter’s wedding and vacation
The property was perfect for my family. It was clean, quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed to be able to cook in instead of eating out. Plenty of shopping nearby. Near the wedding site in Littleton. Though Denver is a great city, it was nice not to be in constant hubbub.

Convenient Littleton Location
Met our needs for long weekend. House and fenced yard was a lot bigger than we thought. Yard great for our dogs to roam safely. Convenient location to most of Southwest Metro area. Bring all of your own bathroom supplies!

Nice stay
The owner was very communicative and helped fix the wifi issues right away. The house has a few quirks - doors that don't fully shut, colder in some areas than others, etc but it was nice overall while we waited for our house to be worked on!

It was pretty good
A bedroom wasn't fully cleaned under bed. The fridge water spicket was leaking and water was all over kitchen floor by fridge. Only two rolls of toilet paper for whole house and one garbage bag. The spindles on the stair well are loose and if you have children be careful as they break away easily. Over all though the property was nice and for the short time we were there it met our needs. Not happy about paying as much as we did considering the state of the property at the time and the lack of toilet/clean supplies.

Colorado grad vacation
I came to Colorado to attend my graduation. I brought friends and family with me and stayed at this beautiful house perfectly located from shopping and easy access to anywhere you may want to go. It was nicely set up, had everything anyone would need for a stay including a pack and play for infants! The house was clean and the yard was kept up with. It had tvs with many streaming services not that you would use them with everything so conveniently close by. It turned out to be an amazing stay in comfort and style on a budget. Far better than multiple hotel rooms and definitely convenient with the ability to use a full kitchen. The stove/oven was also a huge perk of the house!

Family stay for wedding day
This house was perfect for my husband and I and our daughter, her husband and our granddaughter. We were staying here for 3 nights during our son's wedding. He lives in Littleton and that's where the wedding was so the location was ideal. Everything was modern and clean with the pack and play we needed for our granddaughter. Nice neighborhood that felt safe. Initially we had a hard time finding the pack and play since there was actually a complete one and 2 partial ones but they were in different closets so it was confusing at first. Eventually we found the actual one and all was good but when arriving late in the evening, it was a bit frustrating. Other minor things were the queen mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms were a little worn and the floors were VERY creaky. Not usually a concern except when trying not to wake a sleeping baby. Kitchen was well furnished and we loved having the washer and dryer, iron and ironing board available. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Great location. Lots of room for a large group.
property is very clean and in a good location near Denver activities. Our only concerns were the a/c thermostat has default settings that were not to our preference. We had to change the settings every day to keep the home cool and comfortable. The heat was turning on in the early a.m. hours and we were sweating as it is set to 69 and the downstairs bedroom was like a sauna. Also, the dining room chairs are in need of repairs/replacement as the rungs are falling out and could cause severe injury to someone sitting in them. Also, the downstairs bathroom sink fixture on the right side is in need of repairs. The spigot is not even attached to the countertop. Other than these few things, everything else was perfect for our family and friends who were in town for a wedding.

We loved our stay! It was clean and well stocked with almost everything we needed. Only thing missing was a pizza cutter. Everywhere we needed to go was only about a 30 min or less drive. It was a quiet neighborhood. My kids loved having their own area downstairs! Would definitely stay here again!
