Little Gem of SoBro
If you need a convenient spot near South Broadway’s bars, restaurants, boutiques and other shopping, this is a great place. We enjoyed all of what SoBro had to offer. Very easy to find and check-in/out was super smooth. Thank you for the simplicity!

Long Weekend in Denver
We stayed for 3 nights. Three adults and two teenage boys. The place suited our needs. We basically needed a place to sleep, shower and have breakfast each day before headed out. Location was close to downtown, quick Uber ride.It was a bit unusual entering the place from the alley.

Gem of a place and handy!
Loved this little house. Great location. Perfect set up in an area within walking distance to restaurants and easy driving around Denver and beyond. Hosts were very helpful and always responsive in case of questions. Nice to have parking, too!

Great Experience, Would do it Again!
We couldn't be happier with the opportunity to enjoy our vacation in such a great part of town! Plenty of different and unique eateries mixed in among interesting shops and excellent music venues! When not out and about, their offering felt homey and provided a nice opportunity to relax in between adventures. The bedrooms were comfortable with ample storage for our clothes and accessories and the bathroom was perfect for our needs (even with four of us). Shower was warm, and they provided plenty of towels. There's also a washer and dryer , which came in handy at the end of the trip (it's so nice to be bringing clean clothes home). We also took advantage of the kitchen for breakfast every day, and even had a dinner (which, with a family of four can help save $ for other opportunities). Clean-up was a breeze with the dishwasher. Check-in was seamless, as was check-out. Their simple requests were what one could reasonably ask of any house guest. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of this property and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were initially concerned with the neighborhood but then found it to be a fun little spot with plenty of food/drink opportunities.

Loved this little house. It reminded of my friends carriage house behind her main house. Lots of local restaurants in walking distance! Host was happy to let my daughter check in early as the previous renters checked out earlier than anticipated. Great communication.

Urban Retreat
This getaway is in the heart of a very lively, up and coming part of Denver with niche restaurants and other unique businesses as well as grocery stores within walking distance. The only drawback is the noise level of the nightlife which seems to quiet down only after 1 p.m.
