Was absolutely dirty , elevator was broken , weird people acting fools all night in the hallways. Roaches. No screens on the first floor windows.

None of the side doors worked. The front parking half of it is handicapped so if u park behind you have to walk around the whole building to get to the front. The police was there 3 times and we only stayed 6 out of the 7 nights . Someone’s car alarm kept going off in the middle of the night for an hour. Overall 3/10
