Beautiful property with extra comforts in the room making it feel like home. Nice restaurant and bar on property. Located close to CU campus and hospital. Newly developed area with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Parking is an additional charge or a walk away. Breakfast is not included but coffee is available in the lobby area.

Absolutely the best and most beautiful motel we had ever stayed in. The rate was unbeatable. The view was of the mountains. The staff was so friendly. It was so very clean. The bathroom was amazing. I can’t say enough good about this motel. I hope someday we can find a special rate like we did this time because we will stay again.

Fantastic building/rooms/restaurant. Room was well decorated and comfortable. My only concern was the staff working the front desk. I’ve never had such a long check in process (and I was the only person checking in). A bit of an attitude from the lady working also. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend the Benson Hotel to others
