Had a nice stay. The on site dining and breakfast were good. Loved the gourmet coffee/espresso self serve machine in each floor. Cons were the mattress was very firm, to an uncomfortable point, and I did not care for the barn doors in the bathroom that provided just about no sight/sound barrier. I was showering and realized I could completely see my daughter working at the desk through the two inch gap. So if you are traveling with someone you aren’t super close to just be aware! Also, parking more limited than you realize.

We had an issue when we checked in that was fixed immediately. Easy and beautiful walk to downtown Golden and the Colorado School of Mines. Beds were great and they also had a nice breakfast.

Easy access boutique hotel. Friendly staff. Nice casual bar and restaurant area. Full disclosure: didn’t eat the food but it looked yummy. Easy to explore surrounding areas, which was our goal. Free self park and dog friendly. Bonus was coffee bar on our floor (assuming on all floors) to make your own Americano or latte with Lavazza coffee in the morning without having to travel outside. Would def recommend over chain hotel options in the area.
