"Wonderful beach property, great price, amazing view. I read the reviews on this property before booking. Focusing on the low star rating reviews especially. It amazes me how some people will complain that they are not at a five star resort when paying motel 6 prices. "New bed that was the worst bed I have ever slept on. I actually wanted to leave. The pull out futon was dirty with dog hair, bedding smells like wet dog. Plug in by TV coffee pot was not working. So no not a good stay. Nebors dogs cried, people in hall were loud. You can hear everything outside the rooms. Someone was smoking outside by the doors. And someone on the patio was smoking on back patio. "
