A true beach home, ideal for gatherings of friends and family, “Whale’s Tale” offers three luxury bedrooms two are located on the main floor, each with queen beds, luxury linens, and their own deck entrance…just step outside and relax in the hot tub while enjoying the magnificent ocean views.

The newly remodeled inviting top floor offers living, kitchen and dining area with high ceilings, gas-log fireplace, sumptuous furnishings, a colorful décor and a wall of windows balanced by the blue sea providing the coastal atmosphere throughout the home…at “Whale’s Tale” you won’t forget how close you are to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The master suite offers a luxury king pillow-top mattress, fresh linens, rich furnishings, large flat screen Smart TV and a soaking tub for privacy, peace and relaxation. In the living area there is also a queen and twin sleeper sofa for those extra guests, if needed.

This home is sure to please…book in advance as “Whale’s Tale” is a popular paradise!

Need accommodations for more consider the lower unit “Wave Watcher and Whales Tale” accommodating a total of 14! For 20 add in “Glimmering Sands“.

PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. *

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

*IMPORTANT* NO commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles, trucks, truck campers or other recreational vehicle or equipment shall not be allowed on any part of the Property nor Common Areas in the Bella Beach community.

Great place!
We had a great stay at the Whales Tale. The location and views are exceptional. Kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. The beach access is a very short walk which was a huge plus. We did have a couple minor suggestions. The sliding back door and some windows need screens. The toaster needs to be replaced, only one side worked. Overall this is a great place and we would definitely book again.

Couldn’t be a more perfect location for watching the waves! The house itself if beautiful, clean, well-appointed and in a wonderful little community. The French cafe was a great bonus. Steps to the beach, dog friendly, and we had a lovely time watching the surf in the hot tub…would absolutely stay here again, loved it!!

Amazing place!
This property was beautiful in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood of other vacation properties. We felt very welcome! There were 6 of us traveling, as well as a little dog. The villa was well appointed, private, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Really impressed with the size of the main living area and kitchen. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. I can't wait to come back again!

Simply delightful
We had a wonderful weekend at Whale Tale. Very clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you would need. Note, the hot tub can accommodate two people at one time. If you have small children, I would bring a gate for the top of the stairs. They are located between the living room and kitchen. The view was priceless!

Wonderful, relaxing stay
The house was very nice. It was totally clean and very comfortable. The BEST part of the house is the view! It is just perfect. We sat outside on the deck and watched the ocean every night. It was fantastic. I highly recommend this house…we will visit again and I have shared it with many friends already!

Pre-Christmas get away!
We stayed for three nights the week before Christmas and had a lovely time! The house is beautiful and the views are incredible! Short walk to the beach or just stay tucked into the cozy house in front of the fire. Dont forget to relax in the hot tub! Thanks for a great time!

Fun Times!
We LOVED our stay at Whale's Tale at Bella Beach. We had 3 siblings and 2 spouses for a mini family get together and all of us agreed it is our new favorite vacation destination. The house is well equipped and very clean. We watched whales right from the balcony!

Best vacation spot EVER!
We booked the beautiful Whale's Tale for a 4 day family reunion . It was truly the nicest home we have ever rented. Not only is it right on the ocean, with a knockout view, but had everything we could possibly need, and more! It was immaculate, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we will definitely be back again.Thank you iTrip for making it so easy and delightful. And as an extra bonus, we could have our dogs there too. Thank you so much.

Perfect Location!
We loved the location of this home! Right on the beach with awesome views of the ocean. Easy beach access. The home itself is beautiful. Well stocked and clean. The only negative is the downstairs bathroom. Not ideal for four adults to share -- it's more of a "kiddy" bathroom.

Awesome place to stay . Nice and quiet...
Invited some friends but they ended up having to work. The place was great ! Rite on the beach with amazing views to get up in the morning to and have some coffee on the top deck . Hot tub was clean and just rite for the space . Thanks again to all that own and take care of the beach house . You are appreciated very much for all your hard work and dedication.

The view was stunning…once we cleaned the windows
This is a wonderful location between Depoe Bay and Lincoln City. The beach is marvelous with lots and families and whales and seals. The house is lovely. The property is due for updating since it is showing signs of wear. It is still a good choice for a restful getaway. The mangers are very responsive.

Great location, quite and comfy
Nice place overall. My three observations are, washing machine is covered in mold which lowers the cleanliness rating for me as I’m not a fan of mold washed sheets and towels. Second, the kitchen supplies are weak. If you plan to cook much, you have limited tools, and those available are very low quality, some of the utensils are cheap dollar store grade plastic that melt when used. Lastly, the router is tucked away at the furthest end of the house in the garage leaving a weak single upstairs. I was constantly kicked from Teams/Zoom calls which was extremely frustrating.

This place is great if you don’t care or want to use the hot tub.
One reason we booked this house was the fact that it had a hot tub. Unfortunately the hot tub was completely cloudy and dirty. We were unable to use it, that was a disappointment. I figured with the early check out time and late (5pm) check in time they would have ample time to clean and put new water in that small of a hot tub. Other than that the house has an amazing view.

Great Location
I wish I could rate this higher but there was a tremendous amount of pet hair and what appeared to be a pretty fresh pet urine spot in one of the downstairs bedrooms. I would recommend removing the carpet on the stairs and downstairs if pets are going to be allowed. We didn’t call anyone we just wiped down the window sills and kept the downstairs doors open for fresh air, we also kept the upstairs slider open, the view is incredible. I knew it was pet friendly but it was a little too much pet for us.
