The airport shuttle was a joke. They don't have it staffed,so you get who they can find!! It's advertised as $5 a day parking yet they are charging people $10. I on the other hand made it clear that I was personally told by Corporate when I had called prior to reserving the room the $5 dollar rate and it is on multiple sites. The manager was called to address this and wasn't going to honor it. Then she saw it was in the Baymont page and Expedia. .... I'd like to know how much they've made by over charging people!!!

I loved everything about my experience. Starting from the check in to the breakfast the next day!! Had the best breakfast I have ever had and this was my 9th state visiting this year so that says a lot. Customer service was very fast friendly.
