"The hotel is simple, but pretty clean. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice. The breakfast could be a little bit better, but not a deal breaker. We decided to extend our trip a little more, it was super easy with them and we were able to keep the same room."

"Great view. The heat did not work well. We arrived to a chilly 54 degree house. There were no directions on how to turn on the heat units, after bundling in blankets for a day, one of the property managers showed us how to turn on the individual heat units. Even with those set at 75 it only warmed 65. The beds were horrible, they are old sleep number mattresses that didnt work."

"The rental unit itself, is very nice, especially the deck. All of our meals were eaten on the deck. Biggest problem was the leaking refrigerator/freezer. It has the same issue that was reported as far back as Apr of this year. When Vacasa was called and notified, they failed to respond.The LVP flooring in front of the freezer is visibly damaged, so one knows that this isn't a first time problem.
