"The hotel was old, charming and in excellent condition. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The bed was comfortable and quiet. There were many restaurants with in walking distance. We are coming over to Hilton Honors from being IHG members for sometime, the IHG hotels are becoming expensive ..."

Gem in downtown Des Moines
"Very clean and modern hotel located in downtown Des Moines. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They even made my husband a cup of coffee even after the coffee bar had closed. We also ate at the on location restaurant for lunch and it was delicious (guests get 10% off their meal too!)"
