very convenient for me, great location. Con: parking situation is terrible! 15 Euro for damaged parking lot. Another Con: breakfast buffet 20 Euro for nothing. (Tip, go the next bakery and buy sandwich and coffee for under 10 Euro)

When I hear Radisson I think quality, comfort and fresh. This hotel is a bit outdated, like it already have had its golden years, but its clean and staff very friendly.

A nice place

The room was decent, nothing special for the price charged. I thought breakfast was expensive for what it was. However, the room was clean and the people were friendly. Was also great that it was right next to the train station.

A special mention for Tobias who offered very good customer service as the Duty Manager. He was warm and friendly and tried his best to resolve issues. He organised a dinner booking at an external restaurant including the taxi booking.The curtains in the room were tatty and dirty. The water in the room was not replaced on our second day.Thank you.

Two nights in a row, the Bartender closed the bar at 11:30pm? and didn't say anything to us before he closed. No "last call". Suite was good sized but lacked furniture.

Rooms are (still) dated and need some TLC (special in the bathroom), but rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Big thank you to the cleaning crew between Dec 18-27 2022! Everybody made my Christmas joyful and nice! The Christmas Menu's was delicious, and the drinks delightful! Wir waren schon öfter zu Gast, leider eine die Zimmer in sehr unterschiedlichen Zuständen… dieses Mal hatte wir ein Zimmer, welches recht abgewohnt war. Die Dusche bedarf einer Sanierung… die Vorhänge sehen schlimm aus und irgendwie wäre ein Klimaanlage auch ganz nett. Das Frühstück ist definitiv schlecht! Wenig Auswahl, schlechter Service, für den Preis echt schade.
