DESTIN BEACH PARADISE! LARGE PRIVATE POOL, AMAZING BEACHES AND GOLF CART DEALS!

The “Kokonut Hut” is a newly renovated beach house in the heart of Destin’s best neighborhood “Crystal Beach.” The home sleeps up to twelve and is set up for two or three families with children. It has four bedrooms (three king master bedrooms and one bunk room) and three full bathrooms. The home is in easy walking distance to the beach, Whole Foods, Destin Commons, the movie theater, Uncle Buck's bowling alley and many other restaurants and attractions. This home has ample parking for at least five vehicles in the driveway. Boats, jet skis, trailers and even Class A RVs can easily be parked in the driveway. This quaint, beach cottage with four bedrooms and three baths will make for the perfect vacation getaway!

You will enjoy cooking out on the gas grill in your backyard, or soaking up the sun next to your LARGE PRIVATE (13'X 26') HEATED POOL (Additional cost for pool heating) . This home is only a short walk to the sugar-white sand of the Gulf of Mexico, but even shorter when you ride the STREET LEGAL GOLF CART that is available to rent with the home! There is a wraparound deck, screened-in porch, detached in-laws quarters and lovely palm trees will welcome you. Remember - Life's a Beach - Dive In!!!

STREET LEGAL GOLF CART. We have a 2021 model street legal four or six passenger golf cart available for our guests to rent in addition to the home. Getting to the beach has never been easier or more fun! You can save up to $500 on a weekly booking! Why book any place else?

Amazing stay
We loved our stay at this home. Very clean and great location. Host was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. They also had lots of beach equipment for use which was super convenient.

Perfect location!
The property is nice and pool works out perfect with heat for Spring Break. The only issue was a separated”mother-in-law suite”/ pool house which was a little inconvenient for 2 families.

Awesome beach rental!
This house was clean, two blocks from the beach and had an awesome private pool that the whole family enjoyed! The extra pool room was a great place for the grandparents to sleep. We had six adults and three kids and were very comfortable. The owner was very responsive when we contacted them with questions.

Great fit for us!
This property was very clean. Perfect location for us. The host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Some small things in the yard needed to be addressed with the fence needing repaired, but overall a great fit for our family. We would stay here again!

Perfect for us!

Perfect spot for a family of 5
This cute bungalow was a perfect fit for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). Location was amazingly close to the beach and the 6 seater golf cart made getting to the beach so easy and in less than 2 minutes! Backyard pool was a huge bonus as well and the kids were in it all the time!

What a great place for our family vacation!
We visited with extended family and had a wonderful trip! The children loved the pool the back yard and the adults appreciated all the amenities! Beach chairs and umbrellas and of course the golf cart! The house is in a great neighborhood and close to everything!! Highly recommend!!

Amazing Place to Stay
We had such a great time. Very close 3 min walk to private Crystal Beach. House amenities were all up to par. The home was very clean and The outdoor shower was very convenient to rinse off after day at the beach. The swimming private pool was a nice touch at the end of every day. Host was very caring and fast to respond to all communication. I recommend this stay to all families.

Excellent Destin Get-away!
This rental was amazing! We stayed the last week in June and thoroughly enjoyed the house. We especially loved the backyard pool and the proximity to the beach. The house was clean, the backyard was private, and the pool was perfect for our family vacation. The renter was responsive and checked in on us after arrival. He even worked to provide recommendations for a golf cart rental that worked out perfectly. You can not go wrong with this vacation rental!

We loved our stay at Crystal Beach!
House was the perfect location. We rented the golf cart, which I would highly recommend. It was a short 6 block ride to the beach. The beach is gorgeous and you will not be disappointed. We paid extra to have the pool heated and would also recommend that. We had some cooler days and the kids enjoyed the pool when we couldn't be at the beach.

Great stay!
Home was white-glove clean upon arrival. Check in was seemless. Very cute and comfortable home. Kitchen has everything you need. Owners set you up with dish soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags and toiletries for a day but bring extras if you’re staying longer. We asked to have the pool heated and it was hot upon arrival and throughout our stay. Property is a short, easy walk to the beach, probably about 1/4 mile. Property is also very close to shopping and restaurants. Very convenient location. Neighborhood is great for walks, our dog loved it! We would definitely stay again. Owners were great to deal with and very responsive to any questions.

Destin = Amazing and This House didn’t Disappoint
We had never been to Destin before so we decided to this year. Peter was so easy to communicate with. If I had any questions about where to go for this or that, he was so quick to respond. The golf cart was so convenient as well. The house handled our family as well as my mom She LOVED the mother in law suite! We will most definitely be coming back.

Everything you need for a great family vacation
This house was in a great location walking distance to the beach. However, the golf cart that was included made this quick trip even more fun and easy. The pool was a great hit with the kids and we spent most nights on the screened in back porch that overlooked the pool area. The house was well equipped with everything needed, in the kitchen and for The beach. They even had baby high chair, walker, stroller and pack n play, saving us from hauling these item on vacation. This was in a great neighborhood on a side street and yet very close to restaurants and shops.. Owners were very responsive to our inquiries and made us feel welcome and appreciated.

Very Comfortable and Very Pleasant Stay
I’d like to thank Phil and his wife for a beautiful first experience to Destin. The home was as pictured on VRBO. My family really enjoyed our stay and the property owners were responsive and very thoughtful during our visit. We found no issues with this beautiful property. Having access to the golf cart was a huge plus. We are still talking about our vacation and the added experience of the safe, clean property made it so much better. All of the instructions were provided and easy to follow. Any family would enjoy their experience and we highly recommend it for vacations. Perfect family home away from home
The online description was very accurate. The house was so clean & came w/ all the kitchen cooking items you could want. They also provided you with started toiletries (which would suffice for a couple day stay). The house has 2 screened in patios that we utilized so much. The heated pool was a bonus (was a little chilly during our stay). The mother-in-law suite was the perfect addition for our family stay. It’s within walking distance to the beach or there’s parking for the golf cart by one of the private access points. The owners were awesome about communication. We had no issues with the house whatsoever. Loved that they were pet friendly (for additional fee- it was very reasonable). The enclosed back yard was a bonus for us pet friendly travelers. Would definitely rent again.

Works for a small group
Small size of the house worked great for our small group. I would recommend updating the pictures online to show off the new front porch (no longer screened in) and newer appliances in kitchen. The pool and yard space were great to have our dog and kids! The listing should also state that, from inside the house, the only way to access the backyard is through one of the bedrooms. Depending on who is in the group, this could be a bit of a hassle. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen and large newer refrigerator (ice maker doesn't work). The living room space could use more comfy space to sit, especially if the house is advertising it sleeps 12. The bunk room is full over full with a pull out full trundle. With all of that, the room is beyond packed, FYI. Knowing what we know now, we would still stay here again!

Alright, but not as advertised
The location is great and the host was communicative, but the property itself needs work. The floors were very dirty in the main house and there were some bugs inside. The oven was unusable due to a previous tenant melting something, so it smoked heavily when we tried to use it. The deck out back has screws lining up which could cause a major hazard and there are lots of spots on various walls that need attention. It's an ok place but not really what's advertised.
