Relax and take in the unobstructed GULF FRONT views of Destin, Florida! This 1,362 sq. ft. Gulf front condo is centrally located on the very top floor (7th story) at Inlet Reef Club on Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida.
This condo is a two bedroom unit that can comfortably sleep up to six people. It has been totally remodeled from top to bottom.

BEDROOMS & BATH

The master bedroom boasts a full set of hardwood furniture w/ new king-sized bed and with an extremely comfortable Serta mattress. A large 55'' LG SMART TV rests on the wall at the foot of the bed. The Master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The Master ensuite bathroom has been completely remodeled to include modern vessel sinks, built-in vanity counter, and privacy door separating the showering and vanity area.
The guest room is furnished with 2 full-sized beds (sleeps up to 4) with new Serta mattresses and chest of drawers with its own bathroom. Atop the chest of drawers is a 32' Vizio TV mounted on the wall. The guest room has a semi-private full bathroom.

KITCHEN & LIVING
This condo is a two bedroom unit that can comfortably sleep up to six people. It has been totally remodeled from top to bottom.
The large open-design kitchen has granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, new solid-wood cabinets w/ easy-close hinges, a fully stocked kitchen to include everything from pots, pans, utensils, spices rack, etc. Dine atop the elegant Thomasville mahogany table w/ seating for up to six guests.
The living area has a 65" Curved 4k UHD Samsung SMART TV and a large Tommy Bahama sectional sofa can even sleep up to two people (or three small children). Extra sheets are provided in the master closet.

ABOUT THE RESORT

Inlet Reef is located directly on 1,100 ft of private deeded beach.
Inlet Reef Club has a communal heated pool, hot/dry sauna, two tennis courts, recently remodeled exercise room, and is located directly on the beautiful white-sand beaches of Destin, Florida.

Great location
We enjoyed out stay at this condominium. Security was really nice. Condo had an Amazing view. Beach was great and Beach service was Great too. Lots of wildlife to see every morning. And amazing walks on the beach. The condo set up was good for our family of 5. It was well stocked for what we needed but with a lot of great restaurants we didn’t cook much.

Was very much pleased with the location of this unit. The unit was clean and the gulf view from the patio was wonderful. The second bedroom was tight with the 2 full beds in this room but we survived. The property manager was responsive with questions that I had during our stay. Beautiful place with a fantastic view
We had a fabulous time. The rental company here was amazing. Michael was wonderful. We were celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary and upon arrival we received a beautiful Bundt cake that had Happy Anniversary on it. This place was fully stocked with whatever you would need to make any meal. Thanks again for a wonderful satu. We will stay again!

Excellent location, great views of the Gulf and beach from the balcony ,master bedroom and living room. Kicthen is well equipped with needed items if cooking.Beautiful Sunrise and Sunset everyday of our stay, no rain all week. Overall a great experience, hope to be able to do it again.

Flawless Beachfront Getaway
The process for checking in and out was simple. The unit is as described, and is in excellent condition. The gated parking area gives it a private/secure vibe. Being on the top floor is nice with great views of the beach. Beach access is simple and private, pool is heated and perfect for those balmy days.

Breathtaking views from the balcony
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We couldn't get over the view and enjoyed coffee every morning and cocktails every evening while watching the dolphins ride the waves. It was amazing. Overall the condo was comfortable. There are some minor maintenance items but nothing that would stop me from staying at this condo again. The location was excellent and we loved the beach chairs and umbrella service on the beach.

Pre-Christmas in Destiin
The location and view were extraordinary. We overlooked a beautiful beach and the Gulf of Mexico. We were treated to views of dolphins many days. We enjoyed using the pool (thankfully it was heated during our below normal temperature visit), pickleball courts and walking the beach. The gated entrance made us feel very safe throughout our stay. Everywhere we visited we were welcomed. We had a bit of trouble getting into the unit as the battery in the door lock was dead. Tony and the security guard were very helpful in getting us in and helping us get the lock working. Good thing there were spare batteries inside as we also had to change the smoke alarm that started beeping during the night and the door lock (again) mid-week. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Everything we needed was ready to go including a great supply of spices. Target, Wynn Dixie and Wal-mart were close by for everything else that we needed to pick up. We suggest someone look through the games that are provided. There were a few card games that we could play, but most had many of the pieces missing and the backgammon case was filled with travel brochures but only one game piece. It would also be really helpful to have some pickleball paddles and balls available. We picked some up at Target. Overall, the unit was clean, but the second bathroom has peeling ceiling paint and the ceiling in particular needs a good scrubbing and sanitizing. Thanks Tony and Michael for great communication!

Great service!
We checked without a glitch but when we were getting ready to go to bed and turn off the ceiling fan, we couldn't figure out what to do, no cord, no switch. I notified Michael and he told me to look for the remote. I did but the battery was dead. He sent his messenger out to Target to purchase an A23 and brought it to the condo so we could turn off the ceiling fan at 10:00pm. That went way beyond the 'norm' for property management! Thank you Michael.

Best Girls Trip!
Everything was seamless from the check in process to finding chairs on the beach every day. The view was spectacular and the condo was perfect for two moms who needed some 'me time'. The condo was clean and directions were very clear on checkout, trash etc. We will be back!

Felt like home
Best place ever! Everything was clean ac kept the condo cool in 100 degree heat. View of the gulf was awesome saw dolphins stingrays and fish. Condo was equipped with everything you needed from box fan to ground fennel. Every kitchen utensil. Location was awesome 5 minutes from restraunts and stores. This place didn't feel like a rental it felt like home.
