"When we drove down the drive to the barn it was a wonderful and instantly memorable experience. Sleeping in a beautiful little corner of the property we were welcomed with a warm smile and friendly conversation. Nothing was amiss and were exactly if not better than we were hoping. Having highland cows, chickens and horses around was an amazing sight. We loved walking around the property. Having fresh bread and fruit delivered to our kitchen. Sleeping was a dream, hearing animals and birds...

"The cottage was a short walk to Stirling village. The host Michelle was a wonderful - she left a lovely basket of food and drink for us. The cottage itself is completely charming, the hosts have thought so much about the detail - such a great eye for interior design. We stayed with our family of four (two teenagers) and my parents. "This is a fantastic property with exceptional hosts that will make sure you are well-looked after. The location, on the 'quiet' side of Mount Torrens, is fantastic - with minimal traffic and plenty of wide, open spaces. The property is appointed with all the creature comforts that ensure guests are comfortable, relaxed and able to disconnect from their busy lives. Hannah is an exceptional host and my partner and i thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!"

"Location and comfort"

"Easy to enjoy. Staying in a renovated 160 year old building was great. The modern comforts of heating and cooling ensured a great stay. Help was close at hand but not in the way. Could not fault this place. The connection with history was still there in pictures and stories. Looking forward to June 2025 when this BnB features on television."

"Most comfortable holiday bed I've slept in but the road noise was really bad, pleasant and private although very dark inside. Not sure about the dead animals on the floor and the wall but didn't take anything away from the experience. Instructions on how to use the dishwasher would have been helpful."
