"This was a pretty nice place! Even though it was not that big. In the two rooms we had free access to the AC and sleeping there felt really comfortable. The kitchen was pretty big, there was free coffee and we had access to use all the kitchen utensils. Something I really liked was the pool, the pool was really reallyyyy clean! "

"We had a great time at the house it has access to the lake with a lake deck for enjoying a picnic then dive into the crystal clear water below. The house was clean and had just about everything you would need, I do wish it would have a blender to make drinks but that's a minor thing the weather was fantastic warm in the day and cool in the evening. "We were 3 families and all with kids and we did not once feel crowded. The only downside of it all, that was not a big issue was the AC. They did the job just did not get as cold as we would of liked. They did take a while for the rooms to cool down. El senor Juaquin was very helpful and assisted us in any thing we needed. The property manager was very fast to reply when I had question. Over all, our stay was amazing! "

"My partner and I loved the beautiful, scenic view . We were literally and figuratively above the clouds! And we loved how the Cerro Verde Park offered free guided hiking tours either around the park to see all the views and beauty or a choice between two longer, more adventurous hiking tours to the top of either the Santa Ana Volcano or the Ixtalquo (sp?) volcano. Just breathtaking views!"

"I really enjoyed this place. The property is clean and well maintained. All staff are really helpful and respectful. Loved the staff at the restaurant. I was not impressed with the food, though! I would dare to say terrible food! Don't try the flan, please! "

"We arrived a bit earlier than scheduled but staff was accommodating with our car and property while we went walking around until our time. Staff was super friendly but only when we initiated the conversation. Place is super clean, nice and right next to a church and park. They had their own private parking, though we didn't actually see it but valet took it and brought it back when we were checking out. The included breakfast was delicious and the coffee was exceptional! "
