"This hotel is hands down the best hotel I ever stayed at this past year. The room was so cozy but this hotel offered so many amenities. The staff was also friendly but the hostess with brown hair that usually works mornings was very rude to my mother. I still don’t know why she had such attitude but maybe she was having a bad day. We didn’t let it get to us because every other staff member was so welcoming. I will be back soon! "

"Excellent location , only a few minutes walk to the christmas market in karl johans square , and also to the pier for the fjords cruise . Many bars and restaurants surrounding the hotel too . Rooms were comfy , clean and modern and the breakfast had a good variety to set you up for the day! Lovely bar area too to chill with a drink on an evening . We would stay here again . "

"Very well located for all of the main Oslo attractions, walking distance from the train station and with a tram stop outside. This is a hotel steeped in history, having been owned and operated by the same organisation for over 100 years, a book in each room describes the journey that the hotel has taken to get to today. Staff: very friendly and welcoming. Lounge area: very comfortable, well decorated for the Festive Season. Breakfast: excellent, great choice of local produce, very high standard...
