"Really enjoyed staying the property. Exceptionally close to food, groceries, etc. The highlight is the rooftop balcony! Beautiful views from there. Great host! "

"The Unit was nice enough. We had everything that we needed. The neighborhood was quiet while we were there. We never felt unsafe. Just be aware that the final check in procedure was a invasion of privacy. I did not complete this step. I booked the unit based on an early check in time of 12:00. Of course this became a problem. Communication within their system is not good."

"Loved my stay! Close to everything!"

"Check in went smooth. The lock box took a minute to find. Checking out and putting the keys back in the lock box took two of us. We left at 6 am to go to work and had to put keys in lock box outside by the tree. It was so dark we used our flashlights. But the shiny metal from the dials made it impossible to read the numbers. We used mine as a flashlight and coworker used his camera. "

"Had three college friends come to visit. We had some things we wanted to do in Arlington, Alexandria and the National Harbor area. We also thought we might go into DC, but didn't end up doing so. This home was the perfect location for all that we wanted to do. The landlord is friendly and helpful. The property is safe and well appointed. We had a wonderful stay and we all were sad to leave. Major plus - There are quite a few great restaurants within walking distance. "

"The property owner was very easy to deal with and communicated well. The house is beautiful, well-maintained, and we would highly recommend using it again."

"We enjoyed how close this place is to the old town Alexandria. It is located in a safe, family oriented neighborhood. The free bus made it easy to head to old town for dinner and sight seeing. Unfortunately we were there during unusually hot weather. The central air struggled to keep up. The window units were helpful but loud. Small details would make this place even better, such as replacing some broken blinds and fixing falling curtains."

"I stayed at this apartment to attend a week long class in Old Town. I quickly found out the location could not have been any better! It was right amongst all of the lovely shops and restaurants. The parking spot was super convenient as well. The apartment itself was clean as a whistle and appointed so nicely for my stay. I was thrilled with it. "Booked for an overnight with my twins and a couple friends for a sweet 16 dinner in Old Town. Such a convenient location, less than 10 min walk to water front, shops and lots of shopping. "

"We highly recommend this property for a DC vacation. Pictures are accurate. Host is thoughtful and communication is easy. Parking spot a plus. Bathroom is small but we made it work. Our host provided a book with restaurant suggestions, things to do and how to use the Metro which was very helpful. Snacks and water were provided after a long day of travel. A personal note and bottle of wine awaited us also.I cannot say enough positives about this property. There was not enough time to see all the...
