"Friendly front desk staff; pleasant stay"

"I booked 2 rooms in 1 room the TV and the toilet didn’t work in the 2nd room there was a cobweb in the corner. The staff was pleasant and lobby was clean and tidy I did appreciate that they could accommodate us at the last minute"

"It was incredible at the Hillcrest. Martha and her family were so lovely and cared for us immensely. We were lucky to be there for the night when there were no other guests in the mansion, so we had the entire place to ourselves, and all of Martha's incredible hospitality. She whipped us up an incredible three course dinner at a moment's notice, and the breakfast the next morning was divine. "We enjoyed our stay on Main St! The apartment is clean, cute and has all of the basics. The small town vibe and mountain and creek views were perfect for a trip to catch up with a close friend. No issues with check in/ out and the property met or exceeded our expectations. "

It has 2 nicely appointed master suites on opposite sides of the main living area. I loved being by the river my only complaint was the weather. "Above garage apartment works good for two on Jackson river. River bank is a bit steep at waters edge at property. Easy ride to bike path. Property is shared with other guests who stay in main house and share the driveway and parking area."

"Place is way way off the beaten track. Didn't like that I had to go to a property manager to get paperwork with door code. It was out of the way, as I was supposed to go to Covington and it would have made the trip longer to go past one of the routes to the place, for a door code. Used to having door code on site with all the information. Lovely house, but internet is very very slow and couldn't watch anything but DVD's. It is close to the lake, so summer would have been much better. If...
