"We loved our rooms and the cleanliness of the property. They really thought about some small details to make the guest experience better. the staff were friendly and very responsive. The only comment I have would be the food. It was okay! mostly interesting food for kids but not very high quality which is a common issue at any resort or hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!"

"Exceptional breakfast, clean hotel, not so friendly staff. The room was big with a fridge. The staff could do with some customer care training, especially in the dining area. In the 3 days I was there, the 2 staff continually chatted with each other."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. My son loved the various pools and arcade room. The staff were very friendly and the tour manager helped us to organised private transport. The buffet was varied with a delicious selection of freshly cooked food. The location was great - a short taxi ride to the falls and to get across the border to Argentina. Dreamland park was just across the road and had lots of fun activities also. Such great value! "

"We had to carry heavy suitcases up and down to and from the second floor as we are international travellers. An elevator needs to be built. Front desk personnel were helpful and courteous!"
