"The hotel was nice and conveniently located. We were pretty disappointed because the hotel advertises a nice pool and jacuzzis, however, it turns out that the “pool” pictured all over their advertisements is actually a hot spring 20 kind away that you have to pay to go to. There is no transportation arrangement. Also the jacuzzi was not included and costs $40 per hour to “rent.” Very misleading photos."

"This place was great and would recommend to others. The staff were all lovely and friendly, it was super clean and fresh. Included breakfast was good, and handy to have access to a fridge to store any foods you buy yourself, plus access to tea, coffee and fruit at any time. "

"This property and the staff are extremely kind!! They went above and beyond to help us out and make the experience positive. When I asked for a place to do the laundry, they said they could take my clothes and wash them for me!! The kitchen is also well equipped so you can make your own food and the staff is flexible to provide extra blankets or delay check out slightly. Good rooms with a good amount of space."
