"I just want to say how much I appreciate this property. We arrived late but they have a 24/7 hotline on standby for clarifications and guidelines. They are very quick to reply to concerns. "Meersburg and the hotel were something of a revelation to us. Only there for an overnight stay but will certainly be back. Our room was pleasant, clean, seemingly recently refurbished, and very well appointed / designed / set out, with guests’ convenience in mind.
