Unbelievable views from the property with an amazing swimming pool. probably the most tranquil place we have ever stayed. staff were friendly and professional

Fantastic hotel, location and loved the restaurant as well, a must. Pool area was fabulous and we had a wonderful time. Only issue was the height of the bedroom doors, I am 6’3” and the doors might be 5’10”. There should be a sticker by the key fob to remind guests to watch their heads.

Lovely hotel and a good location Friendly staff and the areas and room were clean and it was very quiet The room was nice with aircon, the bathroom was spacious and had a lovely overhead shower but with only opaque glass separating it from the room, it may not be the choice with overly private couples….it wasn’t a problem for us but just wanted to put it out there The parking is offsite about a 10 minute walk away which is a public under cover car park but they have a deal that you only pay their rates not the car park rates We did have an issue in that the ticket they gave didn’t work so we ended up having to pay full price to get out of the car park but the hotel refunded us without any problem

we arrived after the front desk hour. staff answered our call and checked us in remotely. parking on the street is free from 8:00 pm to 9:00 am.

Hotel Palacio de Ubeda was a wonderful stay. Perfectly located to all around the area - walkable city. Staff were extremely friendly and assisted us when required. Highly recommended.
