Le propriétaire nous a accueilli chaleureusement, nous avons même eu droit un apéritif d'accueil après notre arrivée et déguster le punch local. "Nous étions là un total de 9 jours. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. L'appartement est grand et propre. Pour nous 2 personnes parfaitement adéquate. Le propriétaire est très gentil et serviable. Ils nous ont même fourni avec des fruits du jardin et du rhum. Comme il y avait une brève panne de courant en place, nous avons immédiatement eu une lampe à gaz. La communication était facile pour nous. Hr. Velia parle bien l'anglais, ce qui était super pour nous comme notre français est pas le...

"La maison est d'env. A 10 minutes en voiture de la plage des étangs salé. Bien équipé avec une immense terrasse panoramique. L'hôte - Laurent - était très serviable et attentif à toutes les demandes. Le parking est un peu compliqué mais résoluble et un espace de stockage supplémentaire pourrait être utile. Sinon tout était parfait."

"Autorisé a prendre possession des lieu plus tôt, ce qui était excellent. Le cahier d'acceuil avec les règles de la maison et les conseils des choses à faire dans la region;restaurants.. etc est super bien fait et nous a été trés utile.Nicolas est agréable et disponible pour toutes nos questions et demandes. La maison est bien entretenue et à l'équipement nécessaire pour les vacances. Le seul petit truc un second kit de literies pour quand on lave les draps taies d'oreillers etc dans la semaine...

"It’s a good location and the breakfast was excellent. It could do with a bit of tlc and if you want to use the rooftop jacuzzi, make sure you book in advance. Also worth checking what day you are going to be in Cilous as eating options are extremely limited on a Monday."

"It was a really calm place with a polite and friendly staff who was always here to helping and making sure our stay was comfortable, the restaurant and the bar has an amazing atmosphere with delicious dishes and cocktails on the menu. We will for sure recommend this place to our relatives. "

"We did not get to stay at the property , I have no idea how this happened I wanted to book for St. Pierre the island of Nfld you can imagine my disappointment when after 2 hours looking & no one to help us a delivery man figured it out I changed my booking after being told there was no ferry on Monday & thought all was good I could not call hotel as we had no phones with us as we were out of the country so we lost out.."

"What a delightful little find this was! The property owner is absolutely delightful and so very helpful. The room is very spacious and the surrounding areas are lovely. The actual town of Cilaos is so quaint. Really loved it. The actual hotel is quiet, safe, and clean and very centrally located. The parking is very easy and secure as the gate locks at night. Overall, really great place to spend a night or several. Cilaos is a stunning place!"
