"Reception check in and che out was fast and easy, the rooms were cozy and clean, beds comfortable, air conditioned, there is hot water option in the bathrooms, breakfast is abundant and is served with delicious fresh fruits and natural juices. The property owner/managers Keyla and Gabriel are accessible and readily available at all times with helpful local tips and have friendly and honest staff. Internet connection is strong and above average. I will stay here on my next trip to La Habana. "

"I love the apartment and Diamelis was always helpful. This apartment is located in a very centric area with access to all you need. Quiet, great AC, the view, oh The View!!!! Just incredible. I would go back there every time. Gracias por todo Diamelis."

"We wanted to experience real Cuba while being near other amenities. This was exactly what we needed. "

"Was up three flights of stairs that were narrow and windy, this was not on the description of property and should be. My husband had a problem with them"

"The people are absolutely nice! The listing has a number of misinformation. 1. It says property is connected to a Shopping Centre, no! It's a residential house with rooms to rent. 2. The room I had booked was a room with pool view but the one given had no view at all. If you open, you get to see wall, if you want air-conditioning, none. The listing also says you get the whole property to yourself, no, you just get a room with no room amenities at all. Food is okay, breakfast was good."

"The apartment is located centric in Old Havana. Many restaurants around. It was clean, and spacious. The bed was King size and confortable. Second floor if you have too many baggage. Two door to enter so it is very secured. And Omar was so kind and nice with us. "

"They advertise luggage storage but all that means is that you can leave luggage in your room. Further, we accidentally double booked and even after reaching out 5 minutes after booking, the only option was to pay the cancellation fee which was the full price of the room... would not recommend at all. Rather, "Casa David y Lidia Diaz, San Miguel, Havana, Cuba" was an excellent night and I would recommend them for any travellers. "

"Casa Marabú was a wonderful experience. A nice place in a quiet, clean, secure neighborhood, close to a grocery store, coffee shop and the Malecon (the waterfront). Our hosts Tania and Andy were good communicators and were very reliable with the things we needed while there. "

The best hotel boutique of Havana

"Mil gracias por todo el gran servicio. Luego de un huracán, un terremoto y con todos los avatares, dificultades, más todo ese gran peso (naturales y creados; internos y externos ) que cargan todos los isleños habitantes de la Republica de Cuba; el servicio que nos ofrecieron en La Alameda, casi de “grandes ligas”. Siéntanse orgullosos de ser cubanos!!! He aprendido mucho en esta visita. Gracias al personal de La Alameda, fue a un más rico y aleccionador. Sin duda alguna, HAY que estar orgulloso de lo que uno es. Y de donde uno se convierte en SER. Al final, es la gente quien hace la diferencia!!"

"My first time in Cuba and with only two nights, I felt at home. Since my arrival with the attention of the reception staff Mariem I received an incredible early check in and a great free upgrade to one of their best rooms, the Junior Suit, super comfortable and spacious. I really enjoyed breakfast, mainly the coffee and the egg, and the chefs were attentive to everything I asked for. I can't leave aside the cleaning staff who always received the room like the first time. Thank you all! I hope to return soon!"
