"Lovely Bedouin style camp in a scenic location amongst the dunes at Wihibah sands."

"What a wonderful place to spend a night! Super attentive staff, basked in the warm glow and emptiness that is the desert. It is so quiet at night, you wouldn't believe - like no other. We were made to feel very welcome, like family, and the home cooked food was (for a a foodie) bloody tasty! That biryani was 👌"

"This hotel is a bit of out the way from downtown Sur. The price is right but the beds were uncomfortable, the bathrooms were extremely basic and the main room included plastic deck chairs as part of its furniture complement. Even though this hotel states that it accepts payment by credit card, the reception workers complained and did everything they could to dissuade me from using one which kind of put a bad taste in my mouth."

Very clean and exceptionally kind staff

"It's incredible that there are accommodations that are as clean and comfortable out in the middle of the desert. The ride getting their is fun in itself. The staff were exceptionally kind. They should invest in a good telescope. There isn't much to do at night, but training a telescope on a few planets would be fun for both kids and adults. "

Beautiful desert resort

"Wonderful desert experience. Loved that they had nightly movies showing on a big screen outside with chai and popcorn. The communal space was pretty. Most guests stay only one night; because we stayed two, it was a quite quiet in the middle of the day, and a long stretch to wait between breakfast and dinner service,"
