We travelled as a family of four and the interconnecting rooms were perfect if your travelling with younger children as you have a private corridor linking the two rooms. Great location and staff always willing to help, very accommodating with a late checkout as well, highly recommended!"

The staff here, in particular, Jennie, jimmi, huong have all been very welcoming and really show their first class hospitality skills to the hotel guests. Having worked at a hotel in a big city myself, this hotel and their staff really has it down packed from their housekeeping staff to the front of house. First class all around. They have all been very welcoming and really adds to the experience. The room is very spacious. The bed is very big and we could not hear one sound from the busy streets of Hanoi. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and anyone considering visiting Hanoi. This should be the first option on your list!"
