"Everything for the most part was great. A couple of little things to note: they don’t have body lotion in the rooms, the shampoo is not good, and the Japanese restaurant books 2 different areas. (Sushi which is regular dining and Hibachi which is the teppanyaki show so specify when booking it."

"The staff were amazing! Friendly and very helpful. Always positive and eager to enhance our stay in any way possible. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff were fast and efficient in cleaning our rooms. The pool staff and waiters were friendly, and worked very hard to meet every guest’s needs. We did not do the all inclusive so I cannot comment on the food. We ate in local restaurants and walked to Bucerias daily. Would definitely return to this hotel. "

"Loved the location! EVERYONE was so nice. Our poolside server was amazing! Remembered our drinks all day-twice! Service at the rooftop restaurant was awesome!! Betty the massage therapist was the best!!! Room was huge. Private pool was a nice bonus as well. "
