"This hotel is ideally located within close proximity to shopping areas, restaurants and the very beautiful Banani Jamia Masjid which was about a 10min walk. The area is very clean and safe. The Hotel offer complementary airport pick-up and chargeable airport drop which was very handy. The staff go above and beyond to help and assist. The room and bathroom was completely spotlessly clean and the complementary juice and sweets made me feel very welcomed. The gym was overall quite well equipped, however, I would recommend they add a regular adjustable weight bench instead of the current one they have. I would likely stay again in the near future. "

"We really liked our stay here and we were very well looked after. We had booked 3 rooms as a family and as it was during the protests/riots recently the hotel was practically empty so we got the pick of the rooms. Sanzina at reception really looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff were very accommodating aswell especially the guy who cleaned my room as he made sure I had 3 towels everyday & just got me whatever I needed. I had the corner room which had two big windows which I liked (I am claustrophobic) so wouldn’t have wanted a room with no or small windows. Breakfast was generally good, I would however recommend more fruit and/or healthier foods ie wholemeal chapatti. Just a few minor points, there is a damp smell in some areas which the hotel is trying to sort out, but it is a hot humid country so probably difficult, maybe tiled flooring would be better. I would also recommend having creamer or milk in the rooms for tea/coffee, maybe change up the variety at breakfast a bit more as we were there for 10 nights and the brekkie got a bit boring albeit there was a good selection. Overall a great hotel, probably the best in the area and we all felt at home and the staff looked after us very well."

"The location of the hotel is really good. The hotel condition is not good. Renovation is going on for a long time and this is impacting Guest's relaxation. The facility is not that good. I had to call multiple times to the room services as so many things are not working. Standing shower after beach visit is always dirty. Food availability is not easy to stay this hotel. Flies are roaming around in the restaurants. All hotel service personals need proper training on food safety, hygiene and hospitality. Bar does not have much option for drinking. Overall, horrible experience. "
