"The hotel staff were so kind, they upgraded our room for free after hearing we were there for a funeral. They hotel was very clean and updated interior. The breakfast area is large and open, plenty of places to sit even with big groups. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"We love visiting Lava every year. Last year we found a last minute booking at the home hotel. It’s a little older than some of the hotels but Tracy (front desk) made it awesome. We were so happy when she called the day before our booking to make sure we were coming. The only thing I asked is if she was going to be there . She truly makes it feel like you are staying with relatives - all the good parts, none of the annoying parts. Thanks Tracy and we hope to see you next year. "

We were traveling with our dog, and I forgot to mention that we needed a pet friendly room when I reserved it, but they had one available for us. Definitely a place that we will book when traveling in the area. "
