"Difficult to get the most appropriate address to drive to. The web site address is best, however, you have to park on the footpath and register before you can park. 5pm check in was an issue for us, had to drive outside city and wait 2 hours before being able to check in. Location was good, close to everything and easy walk to city centre. Again no ability to watch tv in english or screen mirror."

"Had my card all ready for me, quick check-in. Room was a good size, including a table and two chairs. Ground floor as I asked. Kitchenette has what you need and a real coffeeaker with reusable filter."

"We were only here for one night but we enjoyed our stay. Great to have a little studio with a kitchen! The only improvement we would recommend is adding anti-slip mats to the bathroom as the tub was quite slippery. "

"Nothing unique about the property, it is a good location and walking distance from everything. If yiu want quiet, then this is not the best place as being walking distance from everything, there is a lit of foot traffic with boisterous drunks at night. The bed is a bsic sprin matress that was ok, but the pillows were just sad. They had no firmness and just sank under any weight. Even with two of the stacked and folded, they just feel weak. "Hotel is in a quiet wooded area that is beautiful. Room was very large with kitchen area and large bathroom. They also have a balcony which was not advertised in their description. Very friendly staff. Great hotel. I would stay there again. "

"Need an email with a code to open the lock box to obtain room key. I had to wait for another patron to open the box to get mine. The emailed code arrived 2 hours after I moved in. It was warm so we opened the windows only to be smothered by cigarette smoke from below. We could not park the car in the garage without the keys in the lock box. "We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely family home, there was plenty of space and lots of outdoor activities. We really liked the pool however it isn’t fenced which would have been good to know in advance. There is a local vineyard, restaurant and a supermarket nearby. We would definitely recommend this large house to other groups wanting a quiet getaway. The hosts were extremely helpful and offered to help with anything we needed."

"The hosts were very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was clean, the beds comfortable and we enjoyed the whirlpool bath tub as well as the luxurious showers. The yard was fenced in and large which was perfect for our dog. Our only recommendation would be to add some cooking/baking ware and cooking utensils. Other than that it was a perfect stay and we would definitely recommend it. Thanks again"

A bit of a mess!

"This was a good location on the edge of downtown ! It was under renovation we got one of the news rooms unfortunately surrounded by rooms being renovated and it was dusty. Our TV wouldn’t work and after repeated tries we had to give up. We had No phone so had to keep going down to the front desk. We also had no fridge even though there was a place for it. Breakfast and parking were great! The bed had only a flat sheet on it that kept moving and the mattress pad crinkled! No shampoo either!"
