"Velas is a neat little condo, conveniently located close to downtown and right on the beach. The manager, Alba is friendly and helpful. She welcomed us to use the bikes and asked if we needed help with them in any way. We opted to not have housekeeping service during our stay, and Alba assured that we always had any house keeping conveniences such as fresh towels, soap, and toilet paper. She is an excellent host and we will stay there again. "

" Great location with all the amenities…pool and beach were highlights of stay… very private. Had issues with hot water but Pilar helped navigate thru the problems. Puerto Morales is close by with many choices for dinning. Will definitely recommend and return."

"Overall fantastic stay in Puerto Morelos. The condo managers were great communicators and helpful for check in after hours as well as for any questions we had. The condo was immaculate, very clean and generally well stocked (beach towels, chairs and bags were very handy!) It would have been nice to have a small amount of laundry detergent and some cooking basics like oil and some spices. The listing did say there was a BBQ grill however there was not one which was too bad as we were planning on...

"We were so happy to find the house exactly as deacribed, and even better. The house was very well stocked, you will only need your clothes and food. Comfortable, clean, spacious and safe. We rented a car from Cancun and it was easy to find and easy to get between the house, Cancun and Puerto Morelos. We will stay there again and highly recommend it."

"The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and safe (guards monitor access to the neighborhood day and night). We had a car to get around so everything was quickly accessible: restaurants, laundry, grocery store and the sea. "We had a great time staying here! We rented the golf cart named Fridia and used it everyday we were there. The condo is beautiful and very clean. There is an elevator so we had no problem getting our sfuff up to the 3rd floor. This unit has a private outdoor patio on the roof. We have great views. "We spent almost three weeks in beautiful Puerto Morelos, and this was by far the cleanest place we stayed. It had a mini kitchen and a pool, which made our stay even better. You can walk barefoot to a snorkeling spot, and the area is full of great restaurants. Just a heads-up—it can get a bit noisy until early morning, so earplugs or headphones might come in handy!"
