"For the most part it was excellent service. However, our suite one of the rooms ended with no air conditioning, the electricity went out and the toilet wouldn’t flush. "

"The condo was very nice! The pool was always dirty and the back to the ocean smelled very bad, the back was where the people that would sell food cooked and I guess that’s where they would also throw away there garbage but it made the back of the property smell bad, and every night a lot of prostitutes would hang around that spot. But the condo was very nice unfortunately it has these problems. "

"There is a lot to say about this property. I will try to be comprehensive. The positives far out weigh the negatives. It is large and fairly modern. The views are stunning and the location is great for going to the beach. Prior to booking it i read all of the reviews. I found some of the same issues listed when I arrived. Before I go into them let me preface this by saying that I was able to fix almost all of them easily without having building maintenance get involved. For example the worst...

"I highly recommend staying in this apartment. We felt safe at all times. The apartment has beautiful sunset views from the balcony, no need to spend money to view it. Mayi and her husband are responsive and easy to communicate. I don’t recommend the beach! It’s very noisy and the vendors don’t let you relax. The pool from the apartment is better. The only problem we encounter was getting the hot water to work properly. It never got hot! Other than that I will definitely stay in this...

"While the inside of the apartment is worn and could use some updating, the apartment is comfortable, well outfitted, and excellently located. The apartment has both a washer and dryer, which is very convenient. The apartment is in a complex that is well maintained and has a beautiful outdoor space that is lush and has a lovely pool. Recommended."

"I booked this apartment because it had laundry facilities. It did not. Also, my guests arrived after 10 PM and weren’t allowed to check in. That was very frustrating. One of my guests arrived at 10:13 PM and they wouldn’t allow the guest to check in. The guest was stuck in traffic."

"The hosts Victor and Stefi were very attentive to our needs. Since our flight artived in the morning, Victor and Stefi had a room ready for us to leave our bags. After a long flight, it was nice to have a place to freshen up. They went above and beyond to make sure our time in Cartagena to celebrate one of our sister's birthday and went as far as making the reservations for a the birthday dinner. Excellent customer service and we were right in the middle of all the action."
