"The TV in the room 11 isn't working and the owner of the property didnt show off to help with this issue, so i stay in the room without no TV. THE front desk cannot help with, they call the owner of the property without succes, i also did it but poor reaction of the property. This was my bad experience with the room. I have to say it is a nice place to stay, but a bad experience a room without TV and the property were willingness to fix this situation"

"Great location with an easy walk to town and restaurants on the boulevard by the sea. The manager is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The bed was very comfortable and I felt safe at the property. I will be staying here again. Excellent! "

"We absolutely loved our two-week stay in Villa Trepanier! If you have a family of four, it's a terrific size. My wife and I had our own bedroom, and each of our kids did, as well, which made life nice for the extended trip ;) The location is excellent! It's right on the main waterfront street where you can easily walk down to the restaurants and shops. "The house is very charming. The outdoor area with the pool is gorgeous. Location is not far from great snorkeling beach in a quiet area. There is only air conditioning in the bedrooms. No air conditioning in the living room and kitchen area. It gets very hot and humid and uncomfortable to be there. Kitchen was superficially clean. Bad smell in the cabinets."

"Brenda and Dianne were very cordial and always available. The notebook for the McKee family made everything easy. We enjoyed our vacation at Bona Bista. FYI the mosquitoes are virulent. Off did not stave off their bites. Suggestion: find a topical ointment and or spray that is for repelling mosquitoes only."
