"Such a beautiful castle to stay in. Love all the antiques. Great location right above Schweitzer. Loved taking the chair lift up and seeing the magnificent view above. Really good communication with the owner and flowers and cute dragon cake for us. The only negative was a woodpecker on the roof early this a.m"

For anyone with mobile infants, consider bringing a play pen as there were lots of small drawers and cords for babies to get into (not a critique, just a fact) but I liked that the deck had a latchable gate so I didn’t have to worry about the dog running around or the kids escaping. When you get over that initial reaction, you’ll be happy you booked this place - at least we were The condo is quite roomy and at a super easy ski in ski out location. We would stay here again When you try to find the place don’t trust your GPS, it will guide you to an address on the same straat but higher on the mountain Before arriving, stock up on groceries in Sandpoint, as there is no grocery store on the mountain"
