"The hotel was lovely and the decor is top notch! The flag made out of books in the lobby is amazing. Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin, and you can hear noise from other rooms all night; the rooms are also somewhat small for a "luxury hotel". There are no towel bars to put wet towels up in the bathroom. As a luxury hotel, it's not really on par with The Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton. "We enjoyed our stay here. The only problem was that they tried to open our door at 8am while we were sleeping. It seemed it was the cleaning ladies trying to go in, even when we had a “do not disturb” sign out in the door."

"Both front desk clerks (arrival and departure) were friendly. The housekeeper on our floor was friendly. The breakfast attendant was very friendly and helpful. This was our second stay here within four months. The hotel is clean, comfortable, affordable, easy to find/convenient, and the staff are very friendly. They are A in my opinion.
