"The stay was enjoyable overall, good food and nice place, clean kids area, very beautiful surroundings. However, we had a few issues. Our room was full of insects. Very huge bugs which are spread around the whole area where the hotel is located were constantly appearing in the room. The water in the pool could be warmer, especially for the kids area. The hair dryer was not functioning, so we had to pick up a replacement in the reception. I would expect a room service for this at least. Some...

"Room was austere, lit with overhead flouescents, and smelled strongly of pickles. Really....pickles! Breakfast (not complimentary) was disappointing. Impression was given that there were mountain views. Not. Entrance was muddy and parking lot some distance away. "
