"Good: service. I had a problem with my tv and they fixed it by finding the proper remote to change the settings. Room was clean Bad: my door had been damaged prior to me checking in and had not been fully restored which made me feel uneasy. The phone did not work either Ugly: My floor reeked of cigarette and weed smoke. Had to put a towel under the door. "

"This hotel is so lovely! From the entrance, to the rooms; everything was so quiet, clean, smelled great, and felt like home. The rooms were spacious, upgraded, and pretty. The location is perfect as well. It is close to the highway and there is no shortage of dining options near by. "

"Arrived to water pipes busting. Not water, they arranged for us to shower next door. Good to go. Next moring no hot water...Blah. I was there for business and had about 10 employees staying. Patrick the GM comped all our rooms for one night and I didn't pay for the conference room. We use this hotel a lot and will continue to have trainings there. Great Customer Service!!"
