"Really lovely place to stay. Central to all the sights to see in Ronda. Very nice lady greeted us at reception and showed us to our room. The staff had WhatsApped me a couple of days beforehand asking what time I’d arrive. Really useful to have the number as the reception isn’t manned 24 hours. Pity we couldn’t stay 2 nights as it was booked up when I realised we needed a second night. Pool looked good (although I didn’t swim). "Pasamos un fin de semana donde nos coincidió con el belén viviente y recomiendo visitar el pueblo, estaba súper bonito y puedes ir andando desde la casa, quizás la subida es algo más cansada por la cuesta pero igualmente se hace, en la casa lo único que ecahmos de menos es algo más de calefacción, excepto la chimenea del salón, en el resto de habitaciones se pasa frio en invierno, hay una chimenea en el salón de arriba pero no se podía poner. El lugar nos encantó, sin duda para repetir"

"The gate to the property is hidden from the main road. It's opposite an industrial park. The private drive to the property is a dirt track and will take 10 minutes. It is only suitable for 4 x 4 cars and confident drivers. However, you can see plenty of rabbits and the odd owl along the way. The outside space and pool area are lovely and have multiple seating areas, the pool area did not have lights but this allowed for some impressive star gazing and did not stop us using the pool until late into the evening. "We stayed in the Casita de madera for two months from January to March, i.e. during some of the coldest months of the year. The open fireplace contributes a lot to the cosiness factor but as a heating mechanism is not that efficient, so very glad there was also an electric radiator, which in the coldest weeks was struggling to keep us warm. But it is a very cozy house with everything you need, except an oven. It is dark, especially this time of the year, where the sun does not catch it at all...

"It is a beautiful hotel that is well managed, clean with friendly staff. Our room had the most amazing view of the canyon below which was worth the price alone. The only problem we had was at the breakfast buffet - when we ordered our eggs they brought us very small portions about the size of a table spoon on each plate with nothing else on the plate - and took us a while to even get that. And the staff were rushing around and weren’t very helpful. "
