"We spent 2 nights at the Central City Hotel with our daughter. We stayed in a room that slept 3 and it was very spacious and modern. The hotel is in excellent condition and well located to walk to the historical district attractions. We were very pleased to discover you receive free Basel City Access Cards which are good for all the public transportation systems in the city for each person staying there. What a bonus. The city is very accessible via public transportation and very safe. Also enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. It was very supplied with a good variety of fresh foods. Lastly, the front desk and kitchen staff was very helpful. I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had there. Highly recommend it."
