"We enjoyed our at Casa Abdo and will book it on our next visit to the ranch. The view is amazing and the house is a short drive/long walk to the clubhouse area. Playa Rosada is at the bottom of the hill below the house. There are 4 separate air conditioned areas of the house - a kitchen/living area and a master upstairs, and 2 bedrooms downstairs. "Nice condos, 1 master bdr with queen bed + 1 room with 2 twin beds, spacious apt with furnished terrace. "Words can't describe the beauty of this place. The location is one of a kind setting on the shores of quator lake. From this location you can go to many other areas of interest in Nicaragua. The security staff here was friendly and very attentive. They did our laundry, Vegeta scrub, and clean her car and went and got us gas we couldn't be happier."

"The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 teenagers with beds to spare. Great view from the deck, and a very quiet neighborhood. El Gigante was a short drive and is the kind of non touristy village we were looking for. Loved it."

"Our group of 8 (2 families) had an amazing stay at this home. Home is beachfront, directly in front of Colorados surf break and 2 min walk to Pilis restaurant, 7 min walk to panga drops. James was a great host and very responsive and helpful with any questions. Would stay here again for sure - great trip!"

"Went to Nicaragua with the family to celebrate my wife’s birthday (9 adults, 5 kids). Upon arrival, we were greeted by Santos, the housekeeper, who was very pleasant and hospitable. She cooked us Nicaraguan breakfast every morning which was delicious. The house was beautiful and very clean. All the families enjoyed a room which had its air conditioner. "This rental in Pochomil/Masachapa has to the best rental in the area. The view is spectacular. You can be in the pool and see everything on the beach. The sunrise and sunset views are fabulous. We will be staying there again."

"We loved our stay so much here! Everything was clean and safe (and there’s even A/C!). Luis was helpful with everything we needed. The location is great- just a short walk to Playa Gigante and Playa Amarillo. We walked everyday to surf, eat, and swim. El Gigante is seriously a hidden gem in Nicaragua and so is this place. Definitely our favorite place we’ve stayed in Nicaragua!"

"This home was absolutely wonderful! It was centrally located and had all the amenities we could ask for. Great kitchen to cook our meals in with a family, the pool was a perfect place to cool off and have have a drink The bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. The house keeper was and angel and the house manager was externally helpful kind and caring and went above and beyond. We are already planing our trip back for next year."

"The attention is good but, They knocked on my door at 6:00 am to move my car, which I left parked and not in anyone's way, but another person came to block another car that was next to me and they came to wake me up because they said the owner need to leave and I wasn’t blocking it, and on another occasion they did it at midnight last March, so I have two similar and very unpleasant experiences in this place that apparently does not take respect for its guests seriously.Other reason is if rain is almost impossible to get in into the hotel because everything flooded.."

"The staff were excellent, the front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast staff in the cafeteria were friendly and helpful and very accommodating . All around it made for an amazing experience . I would like to say Thank You to everyone who has helped us to have a great time at Crowne Plaza ."
