"We needed a last minute stay for a few hours after a layover flight, and this was perfect. They responded immediately with confirmation and we only stayed for maybe 2-3 hours. Super convenient and right next to the airport."

Despite the unexpected change from Henann Resort, Palms Cove proved to be the best choice for our trip. Book with confidence, as the service and experience exceeded our expectations."

"Everything was good. the person responsible for giving us the beach voucher was rude, unprofessional and argumentative towards me my wife the lady from Csuites refused us a pass ruined the entire stay. I would never stay in the hotel again and next time I'll go to Savoy. They should not have someone with such low intelligence talking to anyone about anything get him a helmet and keep idiots from behind the counter. "

"crazy loud outside almost every night .. the area is nice , access to many things .. the condo is good , No amenities like a hotel , but still good for the price .. "

"The property is showing its age, but the room was in great condition and the bed was very comfortable. When I arrived the pool was murky, but by the time I left the water was crystal clear. The gym area is not great, no A/C, but if you're willing to sweat it out, it'll work ... I used the treadmill for an hour and was soaked when finished. Overall this hotel served its purpose and I will use it again."

"Spectacular ocean view in a very well appointed room, with nice kitchen, ample living space and a nice bedroom and bathroom. Air conditioning was exceptional and very nice big screen TV. Host Roland is a class-act. Very helpful, communicative and accommodating. It is clear that her wants his guests to have a great vacation. "

"Convenient location close to the night markets and restaurants. There is a market inside the building to buy basic supplies. Room had plenty of space for a family of 4. Jolibee and McDonalds is next door. Salon and spa and karaoke are on site. Good price for the room size and convenience. Could have use more pillows and sheets."

"A fantastic resort to stay at! Breakfast Buffet options were amazing! All Staff Members made you feel very welcome! Only wish that the rooms had more towels to use like face towels. Not a huge deal as you can always contact the desk for more. Beds were very comfortable! Overall experience was terrific! Highly recommended when looking for a place to stay in Cebu!"
