"We had a complicated reservation--three nights with two separate reservations--and we requested room change from one bed to two beds in the middle of one of the reservations. The staff was amazingly friendly, helpful, flexible and accommodating for all our needs. "

"This has was our second stay at this particular property. Location is convenient with Auburn University only a short 15 minute drive and Tigertown has shopping and restaurants just on the other side of the exit. The room was clean and spacious. If you are visiting for a football game as we were take advantage of the shuttle, it is not operated by the property, but is very convenient for the games."

"Rooms were clean. Check-out staff was not friendly. The guy wouldn't get off his cell phone to print me a receipt and never spoke to me. Cigarette butts on the ground surface outside."
