"Great hotel, super awesome staff. Rooms were great. The only reason(s) for the 4 star vs 5 star: Valet wasn't clear on the Orbitz reservation ($30/ night- great rate for the area, but would have been nice to know) Valet was late getting to work on Saturday morning by 30 minutes, I almost missed my event. And the office manager/ valet do not support each other (would have been good if the hotel manager could have pulled my car out). Breakfast was an additional charge. Good spread, but...

"This is a wonderful property. My wife and I had a great stay. On the description they mention that there was a bar but there was no bar in the property. We had to go downtown. The hotel is close enough to downtown about 8 mins depending on traffic. Really amazing property with great staff."

"Fine hotel. Make sure that you do NOT stay on the 2nd floor because you will hear people working out in the gym 24/7 and kids screaming at the pool. Location is great. Room was nice and spacious. Good shower."
