"The decor of the whole hotel was very good. We stayed in a racing themed room & the colour scheme and detailing was excellent. The public areas were comfortable and felt welcoming and cosy. The property was clean and the staff were very friendly and informative. The only downside was that there was no parking either on site or close by. However, the hotel was well positioned for access to the city centre and all of its features and attractions and the entrance to Grosvenor park & river were a hundred feet away at the bottom of the street. The breakfast was good with a decent selection of options. The hotel was quiet despite its city centre location & the bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and had all necessary facilities."

"Very helpful and cheerful staff. Room was comfy and clean. Breakfast was great. Only downside was the lack of parking and the car park is very tight. We used the public car park across the road at £8 for 24 hours so no big drama."
