"Lovely house location. Great downstairs living space and outdoor space. For the cost of the cleaning fees, you would expect it to be immaculate, but many spots were overlooked. Top of fridges, floors weren't quite as clean and the windows were thick dirt (having a seafront property I know this is a tough task) but when you're charge a daily clean fee this should be covered. "Stayed for afew days for a wedding, our stay also included New Years eve. The cottage was perfect for the 4 of us with more space than we were expecting. We had a great time playing games and sitting round the log fire talking. The wi-fi was also good which was great for streaming movies etc. The weather was a bit wild when we were there so we didnt get the most from the walks that are on the door step. Good communication from Susie throughout our stay. Would certainly stay again. "

The bedrooms and bathrooms are exceptional as is the kitchen dining and living area. I was worried that my mother in law would find it cold but this was not the case. "My husband and I had a wonderful short break with our dog in this beautiful property. Spacious, light and well-equipped. Stunning bathroom, great kitchen and the wood burner and underfloor heating meant we were warm and cosy on a frosty weekend. Within easy reach of beautiful West Wittering beach, Chichester and the fabulous Runcton Farm Shop. Laura was very helpful, especially when we encountered problems with the boiler and she ensured it was rectified promptly. Thank you."

"Had a wonderful stay at this holiday cottage. The location was great —perfect for exploring the town centre and all that Chichester has to offer, while remaining quiet and peaceful. The cottage was spacious, well-equipped, and the bed comfortable. However, it could have been aired out and warmed up a bit more prior to our arrival, as it took a couple of days to feel truly homely. Aside from this minor issue, it was a lovely space and made for an enjoyable visit.”"

"We had a lovely stay at Shepherds Barn, we went for the Goodwood horse races and because of its location, the property was perfect for us. Everything was really clean and in great condition.
