"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

"First of all it’s says on your website it is a hotel which is not there it is apartment building with date common areas There is no staff who can take my luggage there was no restaurant, no coffee shop, no tea or coffee in the room, no fridge in the room no hair dryer there is a long list which is missing Not happy at all Plus I couldn’t leave that place because it was 2am"

"Perfect for the start of our holiday. Large apartment with everything needed to prepare own meals (we didn’t as eating out is very inexpensive) and close to a large supermarket. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. We walked or used a tuk tuk to everywhere we wanted to visit. Recommended. "

"Our family of 3 adults stayed at this luxury 3 bedroom apartment in Petersen Tower, Havelock City for 2 nights from 31 December 2024 until 2 January 2025. The apartment was clean, tidy and spacious. "Property was clean in general, but needs to be maintained. Cupboard was broken, furniture was stained, pool area needs some love too, not inviting at all. Breakfast was generally ok when it arrived on time. Communication online was good but face to face was difficult and we speak the language. Would I stay in this apartment again the answer would be no."

"We have one transit night in Colombo and choose this suit apparyment for family stay. The appartment was very neat and clean as well as secure with all facilities including stat of the art swimming pool. The owner Mr. Don was very helpful and supportive and assist us in all manners. The only drawback is you probably unable to go outside without necessary security access that can be granted during morning time."

Mr Asangha Perera and his team at the admin desk were very capable and attentive . He was in touch with us few days before our arrival , and since we were arriving late , took an order and made sure our dinner was delivered on our arrival . "
