"Christian was very helpful during our stay, even providing guidance and information on the Tour de France which passed by in a neighbouring town so. we could find a great spot to watch the race. The chalet was spotless and very well appointed and in a lovely location, close to numerous areas for activities such as skiing, hiking, mountain and road biking to name just a few. "Super weekend passé en famille Le cadre est magnifique malgré le mauvais temps hélas et le chalet est très beau et très confortable on si sent bien. Deuxième fois que je viens et j'y reviendrai dès que possible. Marie Ange qui nous à accueilli est une très belle personne sympathique et souriante rien à redire."

"Our stay with Charline was excellent. The property was easy to find and Charline greeted us on arrival and showed us around the chalet. It is very clean, well appointed and just like the pictures! The views from the balcony were stunning. There is plenty to do in the area - walking, cycling, swimming in lakes, visiting museums, wine-tasting, visiting a goat farm. The boulangerie, at the bottom of the road was amazing; we visited every day! Also there were supermarkets a few minutes drive...

"Great pool shared with another large gite but this was not a problem as pool open 9am-7.30pm and our different holiday rhythms meant usually had the pool to ourselves. Large garden with table tennis and badminton. Everything you need inside: we liked to carry our meals to outside eating area. Blackout shutters to keep everything cool/dark. Local days out to copper mine in Le Thillot and La Schlucht Chair lift up to tops for walks/views of Vosges and Luge back down. Château du haut-kœnigsbourg...

"Amazing position.Peaceful Great for stargazing and listening to owls...a lovely location to enjoy nature . The chalet made it magical as in harmony with its surrounding ! Brilliant BBQ facilities and great views all around. All you would need to feel cosy with well equiped kitchen fantastic comfortable beds . Brilliant welcoming host Guy with his many local historical stories and fantastic local knowledge! Absolutel recommends that idyllic chalet !"

"Nous avons passé un week-end sympa en famille, avec nos 2 chiens. Nous avons apprécié la communication facile et agréable avec les propriétaires, le baby foot dans la chambre d'enfants. Mais le montant demandé ne nous semble pas en adéquation avec la maison : certains lits sont inconfortables, l'ameublement hétéroclite et parfois très vieillot (certaines chaises perdent leur vis), la cuisine est équipée mais dans le même esprit que le reste de la maison, un coin salon un peu chiche pour un grand...

"The hotel is in a non-walkable area to the city center, the public transportation from this place is not frequent. When I arrived to my room, there was a worm in my room and I have to clean it by myself because there was no cleaning service at the hotel on Sunday night when I arrived. I ordered a burger, I received it without a meat inside. They offered me the meat after in a dish to add it. There was one receptionist girl doing everything because the was alone at the weekend, and she was so nice. When I talked to the manager regarding the room hygien and the worm inside my room. He refunded me a small amount around 40 euro after consulting the owners who were available at the hotel instead of refunding the whole amount, and he threatened me not to talk. He was rude, instead of saying sorry, he said I removed for you one night (which was not the case) and he said don't put anything online. I smiled for this poor guy. I am sure he is a new manager and he doesn't know how to deal with customers. In conclusion, it is my worst experience for an ibis hotel and one of my worst experience in all hotels that I have visited before in more than ten years of travel. I will not repeat it there, and I don't recommend it to anyone."
